Plan features:
All plans are based on a 12 month contract and are automatically billed to your card each month. We require ftp access, admin access and ssh (shell access) to make any changes to your Wordpress site. Support prices do not include the cost of hosting.
* Customer Review Monitoring: We will monitor customer reviews and enable these (per client guidelines) , delete any spam reviews. (Product review setting must be enabled)
**Plugin Monitoring and Updating: We will review any updates to currently installed plugins and upgrade these where applicable. Client is responsible for any fees from the plugins supplier. (these will only be upgraded with client approval)
*** Plugin Installation: We can install plugins that you have purchased, please note we are not responsible for conflicts with plugins, in the case of conflicts we will refer to the supplier for fixes. Client may be responsible for these hours. Plyugin conflicts are rare but not unknown.
**** Plugin Monitoring and Recommendation: New plugins are created and released on a frequent basis. We will monitor Wordpress for new or improved plugins that believe will enhance or improve your shopping cart. Client is responsible for any fees from the plugin supplier. (These will only be installed with client approval)
Wordpress Version Upgrades: Please note when new versions of Wordpress are released we can upgrade your site for you, this is not covered under maintenance as there are usually bugs or problems when upgrading (particularly from much older releases) If you wish to upgrade please contact us, we recommend backing up the site and database and testing a new upgrade on a testing server to ensure a smooth transition.
Projects requiring custom development that fall outside of the maintenance agreements will be quoted via a separate Statement of Work and must be signed by client before work may begin
